OFFICIAL RULES — CANADA BONSAI RAFFLE

1. SPONSOR

The Canada Bonsai July Raffle (the "Contest") is sponsored by Canada Bonsai Inc. (the "Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States (continental). There is no minimum age requirement to enter.  By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with, and agree to be bound by, these Contest Rules.

3. CONTEST DATES AND TIMES

The Contest begins on June 20 at 10h00 ET and ends on July 31, 2026, at 23h59 ET (the "Contest Period"), after which no further entries will be accepted.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Entries are earned through purchases made at canadabonsai.com during the Contest Period. For every $5.00 CAD spent (before applicable taxes), the customer receives one (1) entry into the Contest.

  • Eligible amounts include the price of merchandise and shipping fees, as well as administrative, and phytosanitary (phyto) certificate fees applied to orders shipped to the United States.
  • Taxes are excluded from entry calculations.
  • There is no limit to the number of entries a single customer may earn during the Contest Period.

5. CONTEST PRIZE

There is one (1) prize available to be won, a Euonymus (burning bush) bonsai imported from Japan at a value of $2000 CAD.

6. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

7. WINNER SELECTION

On Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET, the winner will be selected by an automated random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, conducted using online software.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of their qualifying purchase(s). For transparency, the winner's name and province or state of residence will be publicly announced on Canada Bonsai's website, newsletter, and/or social media channels following the draw.

9. OTHER CONDITIONS

The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, amend, modify, cancel, or suspend this Contest at any time and in any way, without prior notice, including if the Contest cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's control.
